VAKOG NLP Training terms and conditions
Money Back Guarantee – If you attend a training and you are not satisfied for any reason or decide that the training is not for you, advise us at the conclusion of the first day of training and we’ll refund your course fees in full on the return of all training materials provided to you. Refunds cover course fees only and exclude any out of pocket expenses.
Cancellations – We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training at any time. If a training is cancelled or postponed, we will refund your fees or you may use your fees as credit toward a similar training at a later date.
If your course fees have been paid in full and you are unable to attend a training and you notify us less than 14 days before the scheduled commencement date of the training, we will refund your fees (less an administration fee of $249) on return to us of all training materials provided to you or you may, if you wish, use the fees as credit toward a similar training at a later date. In the event that you choose to attend at a later date, no administration fee will apply.

Prerequisites – The prerequisites for a Licensed Practitioner of NLP® training are that you are at least 18 years of age and fluent in English.
The prerequisites for a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP® training are that you have successfully completed a Licenced Practitioner of NLP® training, either with us or with another Licensed Trainer of NLP®, and can provide a copy of your certificate which displays the seal of The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™.
Repeat training – If you have completed one of our trainings and would like to repeat the training, you may do so free of charge if we are not fully booked and you are willing to provide assistance to the trainer and to new students as requested. It is a requirement that you participate fully and attend all sessions.
